Eddy Graduated from the Hebrew Reali High School in Haifa, Israel, in 1993 and continued directly to the Haifa University Faculty of Law, where he graduated with a LL.B. degree in 1997.
Eddy Meiri was Admitted to the Israeli Bar in May 1998, and he has been a member of the Israeli Bar Association in good standing ever since.
In June 2000 Eddy Meiri was also admitted to the practice of law in the state of New York, and he has been a member of the Bar there in good standing ever since. Maintaining his professional edge Eddy Meiri has kept up with NY law and is taking his CLE seriously (though officially exempt). Eddy Meiri is a member of NYSBA (New York State Bar Association) since 2000.
Between 2004-2013 Eddy Meiri has volunteered with Milah (a non-profit organization assisting New Olim. Eddy Meiri focused on legal matters.
Currently Eddy Meiri volunteers with residents of south Tel Aviv helping them to face unique problems.
Eddy Meiri is fluent in Hebrew, English and Romanian.
Eddy Meiri’s knowledge of the Israeli law, the New York (and other jurisdictions’) law, current advanced means of communication and his fluent English enable him to provide effective and expedient legal services to non-Israeli clients, primarily US and Canadians citizens and domiciliary, in a variety of legal issues, and help them protect and maintain their interests in Israel.
Likewise, Eddy Meiri provides legal services to a variety of Israeli clients – individuals and corporates alike – regarding US law in general and New York law in particular.
